Eduardo Capouya has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on mobile messaging platforms and carrier-level integrations. Eduardo co-founded OpenXware in 2007, a mobile technology consulting firm specializing in high-traffic messaging platforms and direct subscriber billing. Capouya also served as the Wireless Connectivity Manager at Binbit, where they handled wireless carrier relations and established SMS, MMS, WAP, and billing connections with carriers in Latin America, the US, and Europe. Eduardo later joined Citrus Mobile Solutions as the Director of IT, overseeing mobile carrier connections and managing SMS platforms. In 2014, Capouya co-founded software startup LifeRaft and served as both Chief Innovation Officer and CTO. Currently, they are a member of the curated community of technology executives and senior leaders at Round, supporting and learning from other leaders in the industry.
Eduardo Capouya pursued their education from 1995 to 2000 at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies.
