Leadership Instructor Trainer at Lifesaving Society Ontario

Diego Orbe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience solutions and telecommunications. Currently holding the position of Senior Solution Engineer at Talkdesk since April 2021, Diego has also served as Channel Solution Engineer and Solution Engineer within the same organization. In parallel, Diego is the founder of Lifesaving Pros, an initiative aimed at making the learning of lifesaving skills engaging and practical. Additionally, Diego has been a Leadership Instructor Trainer for the Lifesaving Society Ontario since 2014. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Avaya as a System Engineer, where solutions were developed to meet customer needs, and earlier roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Sr. Telecom Analyst and Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Telecom Tech. Diego holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Escuela Politécnica Nacional and has pursued further education at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University.
