Bryan Mroch has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Bryan started their career as a PC Technician at Software Plus Computers in 2003, where they built and repaired PCs and provided phone support. Bryan then joined ExcalTech in 2006 and held various roles, including Network Administrator and Network Engineer. During their time at ExcalTech, Bryan provided IT consulting services, managed client IT infrastructures, and offered security improvements. Bryan later worked as the Director of IT Infrastructure and DataCenter Manager, where they provided training, support for network services, and recommended solutions to the management team. In 2021, Bryan joined Lifescan Health as the IT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for managing IT systems and overseeing an in-house IT team. Bryan implemented an internal ticketing system and a systems monitoring platform. Bryan is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Lifescan Health, where they have been appointed as the Security Officer and a member of the internal Compliance Committee. Bryan established a corporate Intranet portal and developed an internal HIPAA audit/assessment protocol. Bryan also led the planning, design, and implementation of a new On-Prem server infrastructure for enhanced security and access controls.

Bryan Mroch attended Devry University in Addison, IL from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Electronics and Computer Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Bryan acquired various qualifications in different years. In 2006, they obtained the A+ Certified Professional certification from CompTIA. In 2007, they attained the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification from Microsoft. Bryan pursued further certifications in 2008, including the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft, as well as the WatchGuard Certified System Professional certification from WatchGuard Technologies. In 2009, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise (MCITP) 2008 certifications from Microsoft. In 2013, Bryan achieved the Veeam Technical Sales Professional certification from Veeam Software. Finally, in 2014, they acquired several certifications including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) 2012 from Microsoft, the VMware Technical Sales Professional - Server Virtualization (VPE-VMVTSP-SV) from VMware, and the VMware Certified Advanced Professional 5 - Data Center Design (VCAP5-DCD) from VMware.
