Heather Raymondo has extensive work experience, starting in 2004 as the Executive Director of the Tree of Life Foundation. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Whole Foods Market. Heather then joined Healthcare Services Group, Inc in 2015 as the Senior Director Of Operations, where they led operations and strategic planning for $101M in P&L activity. In this role, they implemented standardized workflow processes, transformed dysfunctional teams, and generated $3M in annual cost savings. Heather's most recent position is at LifeScan Labs, where they initially served as the Vice President of Strategy and Implementation from April 2022 to August 2022. Heather is currently the Vice President of Operations, a role they assumed in August 2022.
Heather Raymondo completed an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at the National Association of Child Care Providers from 2006 to 2007.
