Jennifer Figueroa-Puga

Jennifer Figueroa-Puga has held a variety of roles in the quality assurance and regulatory affairs field since 2010. Jennifer began their career as a NOC Analyst at Vendor Safe Technologies in 2010, where they provided technical support and customer service to clients experiencing issues with their security network. In 2011, Jennifer joined Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as an Engineer, where they contributed to the IOL Pipeline projects developing new and innovative products, as well as improving current products and processes. Jennifer also provided data and product knowledge of IOLs in the Optical, Mechanical, and Material Testing Labs. Additionally, they served as a QA Technician at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., performing yearly and bi-yearly validations on production lines and sterilizer chambers in the manufacturing plant. In 2015, Jennifer joined Rehrig Pacific Company as a QA Engineer, where they managed a team of 7 Quality Technicians that protect customer expectations during in-process inspections, as well as led the Dallas manufacturing team in making quality related decisions to ensure customers were delighted in every step of the process. Finally, in 2020, Jennifer joined LifeScience Logistics as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager and Supervisor.

Jennifer Figueroa-Puga obtained their B.S. in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2010, with a field of study in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology.
