Coe Leta Stafford

Coe Leta is an Executive Design Director at IDEO in San Francisco, California.

Since 2006, she’s been leading innovative design projects for organizations including Google, Microsoft, Target, Wells Fargo, Ford, eBay, Hasbro, Sesame Street, and Government and Healthcare groups.

Known for expertise in digital design, education, and data, her work has won international awards and patents for clients and been featured in the New York Times and Wired.

Currently, she is Managing Director of IDEO U, an intrapreneurial venture to teach the skills of creative leadership and Design Thinking to global audiences.

Coe Leta has a Ph.D. in Cognition and Development from UC Berkeley and guest lectures at Stanford University’s d.School.
