Susan Nusink has over 30 years of work experience. Susan began their career in 1989 as a Senior Research Scientist at NSP. In this role, they managed other scientists, was a member of a project team for MRP upgrade, trained co-workers, sales trainers, and customer service on new products, and implemented a system for documenting ingredient and product specifications. In 2006, Susan began working as an Accompanist at Reagan Academy. In 2013, they took on two roles, Lab Manager at East Bay Fertility and Hormone, and Fertility Coordinator at EAST BAY FERTILITY CENTER INC. Most recently, in 2020, Susan took on the role of Customer Success Team Lead at LifeSeasons, where they delivered exceptional customer service to customers through phone, chat, email, and social media, participated in ongoing training to learn product information and enhance skills, and assisted in training new personnel regarding company operations, policies, and services.

Susan Nusink completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Biology, General from Ricks College between 1984 and 1986. Susan then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology and Immunology from Brigham Young University between 1986 and 1988.
