Scott D. Allen

Mr. Allen, a licensed engineer and longtime Owner of Whipple-Allen Construction, one of the largest commercial general contractors in the Great Lakes area. Mr. Allen led the design and construction of our assisted living communities emphasizing residential design and “senior friendly” features. Mr. Allen sits on the Board and Care Standards Committee of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) setting assisted living fire safety standards throughout America.
