Caitlin Judge possesses extensive experience in medical and surgical support roles, currently serving as a Clinical Surgical Assistant at Charlotte Plastic Surgery since April 2024. Previously, Caitlin worked as an Aesthetic Medical Assistant at Meraki Aesthetics and as an Organ Tissue Recovery Coordinator at LifeShare Carolinas, where responsibilities included facilitating surgical team functions in organ procurement. Additional experience includes serving as a Certified Medical Assistant and Operating Room Assistant at Harborview Plastic Surgery and Neurology, alongside roles at Tailored Home Care Inc. and Atrium Health, where Caitlin functioned as an Operating Room Assistant II. Early career positions included Emergency Room Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant roles across various healthcare settings. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistance and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences.

We also provide education to hospital staff and community partners about the donation process. For the courageous families whose loved ones gave the gift of life, we provide grief counseling and ongoing support through our continuing care program.
