Prior professional experience includes roles as an Instructional Design and Training Lead in various consultant capacities from April 2016 to January 2022, and at Devon Energy from 2011 to 2016, where expertise included leading multiple software implementations. Dan's career also encompasses significant contributions as a Senior Knowledge and Learning Specialist at SAP Concur and as a Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Dan has completed instructional design and training contracts for several state and federal agencies. Dan holds a Master's degree in Adult Online Education from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University.

LifeShare is a nonprofit, federally designated organ procurement organization (OPO) dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissue for transplant purposes. We work closely with 4 transplant centers and 145 healthcare organizations in the state of Oklahoma to facilitate donation. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation through public education. LifeShare encourages residents to enroll in the Donate Life Registry. Oklahomans have three options to register as an organ, eye and tissue donor. Residents can sign-up when renewing their driver’s license, visit www.lifeshareregistry.org and sign up online or call 800-826-LIFE (5433) and request a donor registration form.
