Jeff M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeff currently works as the Director of Business Intelligence at LifeShare of Oklahoma, where they are responsible for crafting and implementing the strategic vision for the Business Intelligence department. Prior to this, they worked at INTEGRIS Health in various roles, including Senior Analytics Engineer, Senior Product Manager, and Data Analyst II. In these positions, they played a crucial role in developing and implementing analytic tools and solutions to improve healthcare outcomes. Jeff also has experience in strategic planning, research analysis, and data extraction and analysis from their time at the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Earlier in their career, they worked as an ER Admissions-Access Coordinator at INTEGRIS Health and as an Assistant Manager at Stage Stores.

Jeff M. has a diverse educational background. Jeff obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Forensics/Pathology from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2011. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Jeff has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies, which they obtained in January 2023. Jeff is also a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, having received this certification from Microsoft in July 2022. Jeff holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies, obtained in March 2022. Furthermore, they are a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, having completed the certification in March 2022. In December 2020, Jeff obtained the Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner (ACPMPO) certification from AIPMM (The Association of International Product Marketing and Management).
