Bryan Plaster is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in customer success and AI solutions. Currently serving as the AI Founder of LifesizeAgent.ai since July 2024, Bryan focuses on enhancing customer engagement through personalized AI agents. Prior to this, Bryan was the Founder and CEO of Intelligage, where strategic growth efforts raised $1M from notable investors. As Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder of Complete CSM, Bryan developed innovative conversational AI solutions that incorporated emotional intelligence, significantly improving customer success metrics. In previous roles, including Global VP of Customer Success at Trifacta and Talend, Bryan achieved record renewal rates and built high-performing teams while transforming customer success strategies. Bryan's early career at Informatica laid the foundation for award-winning customer success programs and innovative cloud subscription models. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
