Moshe Winograd is a licensed psychologist currently working at Rejuvenate Counseling since March 2019 and serving as a family therapist at Lifeskills South Florida since February 2018. Lifeskills is dually licensed to treat complex psychiatric, substance use, and process addiction disorders for adults and their families. LEVELS OF CARE Detox and Subacute Residential - Ft. Lauderdale: In this closely structured and supportive therapeutic environment with 24/7 nursing support, we provide a non-traditional residential program with detox services for higher acuity clients as a stepping-stone to a more traditional residential setting. Residential- Deerfield Beach: In our residential treatment, clients live in fully furnished and professionally staffed townhomes, allowing them to adapt their new coping skills and practice their daily routines during treatment. Outpatient - Delray Beach: Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) allow clients to expand their independent living skills while increasing their responsibilities. Transitional Housing - Osceola House, Delray Beach: A FARR Accredited and Level II transitional living community, Osceola House residences allow individuals to step down to semi-independent living while attending our outpatient programming. Family Programming: When a loved one is suffering from a mental illness or an addiction, family members can find themselves at a loss for direction and overwhelmed with making decisions or finding the right kind of help. We help families find guidance, hope, and peace through a program model that complements recommended ancillary support and provides a comprehensive family recovery program that includes our Family Alliance, Family Weekend (virtual), and Family Therapy components.
