Stacey Parchment is a Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in various healthcare settings, currently employed at Lifeskills South Florida since May 2023. Previously, Stacey held similar positions at West Broward Rehabilitation and Healthcare and completed practical training at Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care and CareOne Wellington. Prior to nursing roles, Stacey served as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, where responsibilities included specimen processing and data management. Stacey graduated from Lincoln Tech with a certificate in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Health and Medical Administrative Services from Monroe University.

WHO WE ARE For over 30 years, Lifeskills has provided customized, evidence-based mental health treatment and is recognized as a national center of clinical excellence. Lifeskills is dually licensed to treat complex psychiatric, substance use, and process addiction disorders for adults and their families. LEVELS OF CARE Detox and Subacute Residential - Ft. Lauderdale: In this closely structured and supportive therapeutic environment with 24/7 nursing support, we provide a non-traditional residential program with detox services for higher acuity clients as a stepping-stone to a more traditional residential setting. Residential- Deerfield Beach: In our residential treatment, clients live in fully furnished and professionally staffed townhomes, allowing them to adapt their new coping skills and practice their daily routines during treatment. Outpatient - Delray Beach: Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) allow clients to expand their independent living skills while increasing their responsibilities. Transitional Housing - Osceola House, Delray Beach: A FARR Accredited and Level II transitional living community, Osceola House residences allow individuals to step down to semi-independent living while attending our outpatient programming. Family Programming: When a loved one is suffering from a mental illness or an addiction, family members can find themselves at a loss for direction and overwhelmed with making decisions or finding the right kind of help. We help families find guidance, hope, and peace through a program model that complements recommended ancillary support and provides a comprehensive family recovery program that includes our Family Alliance, Family Weekend (virtual), and Family Therapy components.
