Andy Lehman, CCNL has a diverse work experience. Andy currently works at Lifesong Impact as an Investor Relations specialist, where they connect purpose-minded investors with high-potential businesses that bring economic, social, and spiritual transformation. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner at Element Building, where they offered comprehensive design-build services, construction management, and real estate development. Andy also served as the Vice President at Lifesong for Orphans, where they worked towards providing food, clothing, medical care, and shelter to orphans. Additionally, they were a Charter Board Member at the Christian Alliance for Orphans, where they inspired and equipped Christians to care for vulnerable children. Andy's work history also includes being a Houseparent at Gateway Woods - Christian Children's Home and a Human Resources Specialist at State Farm Insurance.
Andy Lehman, CCNL obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University. In September 2008, Andy Lehman also obtained a certification in Christian Leadership (CCNL) from the Christian Leadership Alliance.

Lifesong for Orphans
Lifesong for Orphans is bringing joy and purpose to orphaned and vulnerable children through indigenous orphan care around the world and foster care initiatives in communities across the United States. We facilitate no-cost church and private adoption funds nationwide and provide adoption grants and loans to adoptive families. Thanks to TMG Foundation and key partners, all of Lifesong’s fundraising and administrative costs are covered. 100% of received donations directly help children in need. Lifesong's 4-part pledge: Our Children” will: -Not want for food, clothing, medical care, or shelter -Be taught the Gospel and how to live as followers of Jesus Christ -Receive a quality education to provide a foundation for their future -Experience continued love and support as they transition into adult living
