Nestor Ramos

Nestor Ramos is a Central Sterile Tech who has worked at Sky Ridge Medical Center from January 2018 to March 2019. Nestor is currently a Board Member at Lifesource Adventist Fellowship.

Nestor is responsible for decontaminating and sterilizing instruments, medical supplies and equipment, and assembling, wrapping and sterilizing trays of instruments. Nestor also monitors biological and chemical wash solution to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical equipment. In their previous position at Sky Ridge Medical Center, they were also responsible for sorting mismatched sets of instruments, trays, and medical equipment and making them available to sterile processing customers in a timely manner.

Nestor has also performed environmental maintenance duties and assisted in maintaining inventory levels in sterile processing and in equipment storage areas.

Nestor Ramos has an Associate of Arts from College of DuPage, a Diplomatura en Management Directv from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and an International Business Certification from Villa Aurora. Nestor is currently pursuing a Field in Art/Art Studies, General at Universidad Adventista del Plata.
