Susan Craine

Susan Craine is an experienced program manager and educator in care management, currently serving at Lifespan of Greater Rochester since June 2019. With a background in therapy, social work, and community programs, Susan has held positions as a care manager and educator at Lifespan, a therapist associate at Cerebral, and direct support staff at Heritage Christian Services.
