Abhijit Mohare

Abhijit Mohare has a strong background in quality assurance and testing. Abhijit is currently working as a Senior QA Lead at LifeSpeak Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services where they held the positions of Lead from April 2021 to June 2022 and QA Specialist from June 2019 to March 2021. During their time at Tata Consultancy Services, they worked on the integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing of the Workday Cloud application for customer Bank Of Montreal.

Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Abhijit worked at Expleo Group as a Quality Assurance Lead from January 2017 to March 2019. At Expleo, they gained experience in testing various Allianz Insurance products and also worked with Blue Prism for developing and testing bots for tasks and processes.

Prior to Expleo, Abhijit worked at SQS Group where they held various roles including Senior Test Analyst from January 2015 to December 2016, Test Analyst from July 2012 to December 2014, and Test Engineer from October 2011 to June 2012. Abhijit also has experience working as an Associate QA Engineer at S1 Services from June 2010 to October 2011, and as an Associate Software Tester at Exploresys from December 2008 to June 2010.

Abhijit Mohare pursued their undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they completed a Diploma in Software Testing from Seed Institute.

In terms of additional certifications, Abhijit obtained the following:

- In December 2011, they received an ISTQB Certification from the Global Association for Software Quality.

- In May 2017, they obtained the CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance.

- In January 2019, they obtained the ABS Level 1 (Insurance) Certification from the ABS (Allianz Business System) Academy.

- In May 2019, they became a Blue Prism Certified Developer from Blue Prism.
