Kelli Romanin

Senior Director, Account Management, Partnership & Operations Lead at LifeSpeak

Kelli Romanin has a diverse work experience in mental health and addiction services. In 2015, they began their career as a Problem Gambling & Behavioural Addictions Intern at ADAPT - Halton Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Assessment, Prevention and Treatment. Kelli then moved on to become a Youth Addictions Clinician for the Know the D.E.A.L. School Program and Days Ahead Program. In 2017, they began working as a Community Treatment Counsellor at Community Addiction Services of Niagara. In 2018, they joined Brock University as a Transition and Support Coordinator for the Department of Residences. In 2021, they became a Yoga Instructor at Lost 'n Found Yoga. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Director of Account Management at LifeSpeak Inc., a leading provider of digital/virtual expert-led health education. Additionally, they are a certified Mental Health First Aid - Youth Instructor for the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Kelli Romanin obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology & Community Health from Brock University between 2008 and 2013. Kelli then attended Georgian College from 2014 to 2015 and earned a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Prevention and Treatment. In addition to their formal education, Kelli has obtained numerous certifications, including LivingWorks ASIST (November 2021), Mental Health First Aid Supporting Youth Virtual (10 hour) (June 2021), The Working Mind Employee (May 2021), Yoga Instructor Certification, 200 hr (May 2021), The Science of Well-Being (September 2020), Psychological First Aid - Caring for Others (August 2019), Mental Health First Aid, Adults who Interact with Youth Instructor (June 2019), GAIN Q3 MI ONT (February 2016), and Case Management & Intervention (July 2019) from various institutions.
