Michelle M. D'Souza, CHRL has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Michelle M. began their career in 2003 as a Conference Student Manager at the University of Guelph, followed by an Accommodations Coordinator role at the University of Guelph Conference Services. In 2005, they joined The Fairmont Algonquin as part of the Leadership Development Program. Later that year, they moved to Fairmont Royal York as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2007, they joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as Manager, Corporate HR, then moved to Manager, Global HR Policies & Programs, and then Manager, HR Compliance. In 2016, they joined Nottinghill Cooperative Preschool as Vice President, HR - Board of Directors and Vice President, Marketing - Board of Directors. Most recently, in 2021, they joined LifeSpeak Inc. as Director, Account Management.

Michelle M. D'Souza holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Guelph. Michelle M. also holds an Executive Leadership Certificate and an Executive Decision Making Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, they have completed courses from Franklin Covey, Dale Carnegie, and the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA). Michelle M. obtained their Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) certification from the HRPA in September 2006.
