Jillian Mitchell

Jillian Mitchell is currently a Senior Corporate Paralegal at U.S. Renal Care since July 2024 and has served as the Legal Department Manager at LifeStance Health since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing mergers and acquisitions and project management during company expansion. Previously, Jillian worked at Liberty Dialysis LLC from August 2009 to July 2020 as a Paralegal and Compliance Officer, assisting General Counsel in merger activities and managing non-commercial payor enrollment. Additionally, during tenure at Liberty Health Sciences from January 2013 to December 2017, project management included consulting on a bundled payments program for Medicare and Medicaid. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the Division President at Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. and as an Administrative Officer at The University of Notre Dame Australia. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Portland.
