Monica Vincent Prokocki

Monica Vincent Prokocki, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at LifeStance Health since March 2021, with previous roles as Vice President of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO, and Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior experience includes Senior Director positions in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategy at Edwards Lifesciences, Finance Leader for the Americas at Varian Medical Systems, and Associate Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Nevro, where promotion from Senior Manager occurred. Additional roles include Manager positions at Amgen, Investment Banking Division Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs, and Research Associate at Cornerstone Research. Monica holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, with a Certificate in Health Sector Management, as well as a B.A. with Honors in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
