Paul Schwarzmiller

Paul Schwarzmiller is a seasoned professional in the field of Total Rewards, currently serving as Senior Director at LifeStance Health since March 2024. Previously, Paul has held senior leadership roles in Total Rewards at Inovalon and Litera, as well as directorial positions at Black Box, where responsibilities expanded to HRIS and Analytics. Paul's extensive experience includes a decade-long tenure as Executive Director of Human Resources at the Community College of Allegheny County and roles in compensation and benefits at various companies, including Del Monte Foods and Armstrong Group of Companies.
