Mike Smalley has over 30 years of work experience in finance and management roles. Mike worked as the Vice President Finance at Lifestyle Homes LLC and Choice Built Construction, where they were responsible for financial management. Lifestyle Homes was founded by Lance Keller in 2009. With a background in homebuilding, Lifestyle Homes initially began building spec homes and model home complexes – managing design, construction, marketing and sales. The company purchased raw land and finished lots throughout the Valley to develop small infill communities for sale under its own brokerage license. While Lifestyle Homes continues to hold its designated brokerage license, the company evolved and focus its efforts primarily on construction in Arizona and Nevada. The team’s in depth knowledge of homebuilding, experience in land development and construction skills, position the company well for handling large construction projects under its two entities: LSH Construction AZ and LSH Construction NV. Offering its expertise as a fee-based general contractor, Lifestyle Homes has established itself as a leader in construction of build-for-rent communities.
