Kaia Sipple

Kaia Sipple is the Director at Life’sWork of Western PA. Kaia has over 25 years of experience in finance and IT positions.

Kaia started their career at the University of Pittsburgh where they worked for 4 years in finance and IT positions. Kaia then joined Rinovum Women’s Health where they were the CFO and Chief Compliance Officer for 6 years. In 2013, they joined FarmaceuticalRX as the VP of Finance and was with the company until 2021.

Kaia is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Sipple has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of Wooster and a Masters in Business Administration from Purdue University - Krannert School of Management. Kaia is also a Certified Public Accountant.
