The Leadership Team at Life’sWork of Western PA is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction, ensuring effective program implementation, and fostering partnerships that enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities and barriers. Composed of key executives, including the President & CEO, CFO & COO, and Chief Development and Program Officers, the team collaborates to secure funding, optimize resources, and develop initiatives that empower clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through their collective leadership, they drive the mission of the organization forward and advocate for inclusivity and support within the community.
