Yuliya Varabei

Yuliya Varabei, CPA, CSSBB has a strong and diverse work experience. Yuliya currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at LifeSync since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as Chief Financial Officer at SA Company, Zimba Whitening, PLUS ULTRA Natural Oral Care, and Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc. Yuliya'sachievements at Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc. include improving the cash position, establishing cash management practices and a new forecast model, and completing the 2019 audit under remote COVID-19 conditions. Before that, they worked at ACR Electronics, Inc. in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller, and Controller. Yuliya'saccomplishments at ACR Electronics, Inc. include overseeing foreign/domestic acquisitions, implementing consolidated ERP and BI solutions, and championing operational excellence and cost management. Yuliya also has experience as a Controller at VAS Aero Services, where they supervised cost-saving initiatives and led VAT registration and compliance efforts. Prior to that, they worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, assisting with IPOs and global engagements. Yuliya started their career as a Finance & Export Compliance Manager at Hoyco Food Ingredients.

Yuliya Varabei, CPA, CSSBB, has a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business at Florida International University - College of Business from 2001 to 2003. In 1997 to 1999, they attended Belarusian State University and obtained a BS in World Economic Relations. Yuliya also holds additional certifications, including the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2020, they completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
