Sudheer Koneru

Sudheer Koneru is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Director of R&D at Lifetech Resources since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sudheer held positions at Advanced Cosmetic Research Laboratories Inc. as V.P of R&D, Quality, and Regulatory from April 2023 to May 2024, and at Goodkind Co as Vice President of R&D and Regulatory from July 2022 to March 2023. Sudheer also gained significant experience as R&D Manager at Voyant Beauty (Aware Products) from November 2019 to July 2022, and as Senior Chemist at Cosmetic Laboratories of America LLC from October 2016 to October 2019. Earlier career roles included Senior Scientist, R&D Technology Transfer, Senior Formulator, and Cosmetic Chemist at Levlad LLC, and Adjunct Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University. Sudheer holds a Master's of Science degree in Chemistry from Eastern Michigan University, completed in 2009.
