Vitaly Lebedev

Vitaly Lebedev has over 10 years of experience in software development and engineering roles. Vitaly most recently served as the Head of Development Unit at lifetech (Turkcell Group) since 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions at Unitary enterprise velcom (velcom & PRIVET) including Head of software development group, Lead engineer of software development group, Software Development Engineer, Engineer of Network Operation Center, and Engineer of Emergency maintenance Group.
