Stephen O'Reilly is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in engineering and operations. Since August 2004, Stephen has served as the Director of Facilities at Lifetime Brands, Inc., where responsibilities include hiring and managing engineering and maintenance staff, as well as procuring competitive bids for service contracts. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as an Operations Manager and Sales Engineer at Glacier Bay, Inc., implementing lean manufacturing strategies, organizing facility layouts, and managing inventory controls. Stephen also brings valuable experience from the U.S. Peace Corps as a Volunteer Teacher and founder of a peer mentoring program, and from Ethicon, Inc. of Johnson & Johnson, where optimization of process flows and resource consolidation were key contributions. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, completed in January 1999.
