Matt Kelly began their work experience in 2001 as a Senior Internal Sales Representative at Federated Investors. Matt was responsible for relationship development, sales marketing, territory management, and administration. Matt received recognition for their hard work and knowledge of the company's products and services. In 2005, they joined State Farm Insurance as a Field Sales Associate, where they were accountable for the company's financial services production in a two-state territory. Matt then moved to The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2008, where they served as a Senior Regional Vice President until 2020, specializing in retirement income. Currently, they are Vice President & Executive Director of Retirement Income Planning at Lifetime Financial Growth since 2020.
