Heather Pettygrove

Heather Pettygrove is a Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in diverse clinical settings. Currently employed at Kaleida Health since November 2017, Heather focuses on patient care and advocacy in the Emergency Department. Heather also has experience with Lifetime Health Medical Group and WNY Breast Health. Prior to healthcare, Heather worked in sales at American Eagle Outfitters and in accounts receivable at Cobham. Heather began a career in customer service as a Front Desk Assistant Manager at Ocean Place Resort & Spa. Heather holds an Associate of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Bryant & Stratton College and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from D'Youville University.
