Maya Smith

Maya Smith currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Lifetime HOA Management, a position held since December 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Community Manager at CCMC from August 2020 to July 2022, and holding multiple roles at YMCA from April 2014 to August 2020, including Executive Director and Senior Programs Director, where responsibilities involved developing and managing programs for a large membership base. Maya also worked as an Educator at Celebrate Kids, Inc. from August 2003 to May 2005, teaching a proactive abstinence-based program to at-risk youth, and served as a Family Therapist at the Social Work Service DOD from May 1997 to December 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from West Virginia University Morgantown.
