Tracy Martin is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently serving as Quality Manager and Lead Quality Improvement Coach at Lifetime Training since September 2020, Tracy previously held the role of End Point Assessment Manager at Innovate Awarding from October 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Tracy worked at Lifetime Training from October 2014 to October 2019 as an Account Manager for Hospitality and Area Manager. Experience also includes serving as Area Manager North East and Area Team Leader at Charnwood Training from June 2012 to September 2014, along with a brief tenure as a Training Officer at Sunderland Football Club in late 2011. Tracy Martin earned a BA (Hons) in Education and Training from the University of Sunderland between 2011 and 2013.
