Ernie Deleon-Camus is a Registered Psychometrician (PRC Licensed) with a Master's Degree in Psychology (candidate). ERNANIE DELEON-CAMUS has been working in Human Resources and Administration for more than 10 years. In 2020, they joined Lifetrack Medical Systems as the People Operations Lead. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the People Operations and Administration Manager at Travelbook.ph (Travel Book Philippines, Inc.), where they handled all HR facets with a hands-on and personal touch. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Human Resources and Administration Supervisor at Suntrust Properties, Inc., where they managed payroll and timekeeping, recruitment, selection and placement, employee training, performance management system, compensation and benefits, employee relations/welfare, employee grievances, and HR policies. ERNANIE DELEON-CAMUS also had experience in administration, such as fixed asset management, logistics, contracts, fleet insurance, and operations management.

Ernanie Deleon-Camus has a diverse educational background. ERNANIE DELEON-CAMUS obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they were a Dean's Lister. ERNANIE DELEON-CAMUS then obtained their Accredited Psychometrician and Employee Testing and Evaluation (ETE 1) certifications from the Philippine Psychological Corporation in November 2015, as well as their Registered Psychometrician certification from the Psychological Association of the Philippines in August 2015. ERNANIE DELEON-CAMUS is currently pursuing their Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from De La Salle University, which they began in 2015 and is expected to complete in 2022. In July 2018, they obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from the International Federation of Professional Managers.
