Michelle Oborn

Michelle Oborn is currently the SVP of Human Resources at LifeVantage. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at Zrii from January 2008 to December 2009. Michelle was hired to turn around the HR organization in the wake of their under-performing predecessor. During their time at Zrii, they established sound internal relationships and built processes for payroll, benefit administration, employee discipline, and personnel policies. Michelle also built an effective recruitment program to target the most-qualified candidates and ensure proper selection criteria for staffing adjustments.

Before working at Zrii, Michelle was a Visitors Program Assistant at the Supreme Court of the United States from April 2003 to September 2003. Michelle was honored as Rocco C. Siciliano Intern of the Year and acquired excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills while conducting private tours for visitors and foreign dignitaries.

Michelle began their career as an office manager and paralegal at Wrona Law Offices, P.C. from February 2005 to May 2008. Michelle then worked as a paralegal at Scalley & Reading from August 2000 to August 2005.

Michelle Oborn received a BS in Political Science from the University of Utah. Michelle then received certification from Weber State University in Paralegal Certificate. Finally, they received certification from SHRM in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Michelle Oborn reports to Darren Jensen, President & CEO. They work with Ryan Goodwin - Chief Marketing Officer, Justin Rose - Chief Sales Officer, and Steve Fife - Chief Financial Officer.
