Christopher Knight

Christopher Knight has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Christopher started their career in 1995 as a Marketing Manager at the University of Colorado Boulder. From 1996 to 2000, they worked at the PGA of America as the Director of Foundation and Development in Northern Texas. In 2005, they joined Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. as a Counsel. From 2006 to 2015, Christopher worked at McDonald's in various roles, including Senior Counsel and Senior Counsel, Director of Compliance & Privacy for the Asia, Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. Christopher then moved to Pilot Flying J in 2015, where they served as the Chief Compliance Officer until 2018. Currently, Christopher is working at LifeWay Christian Resources, where they have held roles such as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary and is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary.

Christopher Knight earned a JD degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Temple University - James E.
