Previously, Bola held various HR positions in different companies such as Homes for Haringey, CHPCT NHS Trust, and Queen Mary University of London. With a Master of Arts in Personnel & Development and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, Bola has extensive experience in the HR field, specializing in employee relations, workforce advising, and organizational development.
