Gareth Roberts is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Director of Quality at Lifeways Group since February 2015, focusing on promoting and sustaining a culture of excellent person-centred care and support. Gareth has held various roles within Lifeways, including Group Head of Quality, Health and Safety, and Complex Care and Autism Division Health and Safety Manager, where responsibilities encompassed health and safety strategy implementation, support for residential care homes, and compliance with legislative requirements. Prior to Lifeways, Gareth worked as a Health & Safety Officer for Wirral Borough Council, developing safety management systems and conducting audits. Gareth holds multiple NEBOSH qualifications and a Level 7 Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Directorship from the University of Chester, and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Housing Initiatives UK Ltd, a charity focused on supporting adults with learning disabilities.
