Nicole T. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at LifeWays since July 2017, Nicole has significantly contributed to the organization's growth by overseeing the integration of over 150 full-time employees. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Insight HRM, LLC and Human Resources & IT Consultant at CS&J Machine, Inc., where Nicole ensured compliance and effectiveness in HR and IT functions. With additional experience as a Human Resources Manager at the Center for Family Health and Career Quest Learning Centers, Nicole has developed key decision-making skills and served in numerous HR capacities throughout the career. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, alongside an Associate Degree in General Education from Jackson College.
