Kelsey Maher Olczyk

Kelsey Maher Olczyk is a seasoned professional in client service and hospitality management, currently serving as a Defined Benefits Client Service Manager at LifeWorks, which was acquired by TELUS Health, since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked at Prudential Financial as a Retirement Plan Specialist and gained extensive experience in customer engagement and brand promotion as a Brand Ambassador for Burtons Grill, LLC. Kelsey began a career in hospitality with positions at Burtons Grill and Chili's, and further developed expertise through an internship at Mohegan Sun. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Central Connecticut State University, along with an Associate's degree in the same field from Manchester Community College.
