Michelle Loder, CFA, CPA, RFP, has extensive experience in accounting and consulting within the financial services sector. Beginning a career as an Analyst at BDO Dunwoody from 1990 to 1992, Michelle advanced to a Staff Accountant role at McCay Duff from 1992 to 1994. Following this, positions included Tax Associate at Coopers & Lybrand, Principal at Mercer Investment Consulting, and Canadian DC Business Leader at Towers Watson. Since March 2015, Michelle has been a Partner in Defined Contribution Solutions at LifeWorks and has also taken on the role of Vice President for DC & CAP Consulting at TELUS Health since February 2023. Educational credentials include a DEC in Accounting from CEGEP St. Lawrence and a B.Comm Hnrs. in Accounting from the University of Ottawa.
