Bal Agrawal

Bal Agrawal has worked in a variety of roles in the business world since 1998. Bal began their career at Praxair as Vice President and General Manager, where they developed services and internet-based ventures for the company. In 2000, they joined the Board of the United Way of Westchester and Putnam, where they raised money for charity and improved organizational productivity. In 2004, they became Managing Director of Prime Casa LLC, where they acquired, designed, and renovated townhouses and coops in Metro New York. Finally, in 2005 they founded LifeWorx Inc., becoming the CEO of the premier elder care and lifestyle service provider in Metro New York. At LifeWorx, Bal's mission is to build a trusted, reliable, and high-quality in-home service for modern day, busy families.

Bal Agrawal obtained a B Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1972. Bal then went on to pursue a MSc in Material Science from Michigan State University from 1974 to 1976. Finally, they earned a ScD in Metallurgical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980.
