Lauren Grice

Lauren Grice is an accomplished professional in the bioengineering field with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Product Development Lead at Respair, Inc. since May 2021, Lauren also fulfills roles as an Ecosystem Development Consultant and Accelerator Program Coordinator at LifeX. Prior experience includes a position as Product Development Engineer at Endolumik from January 2022 to December 2023 and as Research Specialist at UPMC, where Lauren applied fMRI analysis and reinforcement learning models to predict clinical responses in depression. Lauren began their career as a Research Assistant at the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine from September 2017 to April 2020. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering - Medical Product Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
