Karen Loader

Karen Loader is a dynamic leader in the fitness and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of F45 Training South Africa since May 2024 and co-founding LIFT by Causality in September 2020, which empowers fitness studio owners through sales lifecycle automation. Previously, Karen held the position of Franchise Sales Manager for F45 Training in Africa and co-owned F45 Training locations in Bryanston and Fourways, while also co-founding Unearth Experience, a luxury travel company. With a strong background in tourism and hospitality, evidenced by a decade-long experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Front Office Manager, and a degree in Hotel Management from The Hotel School Sydney, Karen Loader continues to drive innovation and efficiency in their endeavors.
