Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Lift Incorporated since June 2008, Nicholas also holds the position of Division Manager overseeing three locations. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the Director of Operations at C.M. High Inc. from November 1989 to August 2008, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and operational excellence throughout a progressive career.
