Alyssa Rodrigues has worked in various roles over the years. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Lift Local. In 2021, they started working as a Customer Experience Specialist for Recyclops, where they supported customer onboarding, worked on operations-related issues, and processed customer renewals. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Grandpa's Dental, first as a Manager and then as a Front Desk. As Manager, they trained the staff, presented treatment plans and financial arrangements, and ran and analyzed management reports. As Front Desk, they answered phones, scheduled patients, communicated with patients about procedures and pricing, and reported and resolved issues. Alyssa also helped establish a new scheduling system.

Alyssa Rodrigues is currently in the process of completing their Bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they began in 2017. Alyssa previously attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2016-2017 in the Pathway program. In 2021, they enrolled in the University of Utah's UX/UI Design Bootcamp, and is expected to complete the program in June 2022. Alyssa will also receive a certification for the UX/UI Bootcamp Program from the University of Utah upon completion.
