George Petrou

George Petrou is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lift Schools since June 2022, George previously held key roles, including Recruitment Manager at Teach First from November 2015 to June 2022 and Consultant at Ingeus from July 2010 to November 2015. George also served as Recruitment Team Manager at the Department for Work and Pensions from June 2009 to June 2010 and worked as a Specialist Consultant at Hays Specialist Recruitment from December 2007 to June 2009. George holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 2004 to 2007, and attended NEW College from 2002 to 2004.
