Jodie Day

Jodie Day is an experienced HR and recruitment professional currently serving as an ITT Recruiter at Academies Enterprise Trust since October 2011, where responsibilities include attracting and selecting trainee teachers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and collaborating closely with 57 schools within the network. Jodie has also held positions such as HR Systems Partner and Talent Resourcing Partner, focusing on understanding recruitment needs and implementing effective resourcing strategies for the Eastern region. Previously, Jodie worked as a Project HR Administrator for Co-operative Group, successfully managing recruitment for a new distribution center, and as an HR Assistant at Derichebourg Multiservices, where skills included absence management, contract processing, and recruitment for major UK airports. Jodie holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from South Essex College.
