Regional Education Director at Lift Schools

Michael Feely currently serves as the Regional Education Director at Lift Schools since June 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Principal at Dixons City Academy from August 2018 to June 2023 and was a Trustee and Governor at Leeds Trinity University from August 2020 to November 2022. Michael has also contributed as a Foundation Governor at St Aloysius Catholic Primary School and as Deputy Headteacher at Our Lady’s Catholic High School. Michael's earlier roles include participation in Ambition School Leadership's Future Leaders program and various assistant principal positions focusing on behavior, routines, and key stage 3 at Ark Elvin Academy. Michael began the educational career as the Subject Leader of PE at The Bridge Academy and has held teaching positions at Northampton Academy and North Leamington School. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Advanced Educational Practice from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a Graduate Teacher Programme in Physical Education from the University of Worcester, a law degree from Birmingham City University, and a B.Sc. in Communication and History from Boston University.
